How orders are sent

Rainbow Gold Covering currently uses The Professional Couriers for applicable shipments. After dispatch, the store can provide your consignment or AWB number. View your saved order status through the account menu or track the parcel on the courier's official website.

Delivery charges

The cart calculates a delivery fee from the selected state and displays it before payment. The published checkout currently calculates ₹50 within Tamil Nadu and ₹100 for other supported Indian states and union territories; review the displayed total before placing your order.

Dispatch and delays

Dispatch times, delivery estimates, courier serviceability, lost or damaged parcel reporting deadlines, and store-pickup terms have not been approved for publication. Contact the store before ordering if these details matter for your purchase.
